We specialise in the Ford Transit Versalift ETM36-F — a proven, versatile platform offering a working height of 13 metres and a horizontal outreach of 7.3 metres. The platform is simple to operate via joystick controls, features a 200kg SWL basket with duck-under access, and includes a 12v DC emergency lowering pump. With a gross vehicle weight of 3.5 tonnes, it can be driven on a standard UK car licence — making it a practical and accessible choice across a wide range of industries.

Each build begins with a carefully selected base vehicle, chosen to meet your desired mileage and age. From there, we complete a full mechanical and platform overhaul, which can include:

• Full or partial respray.

• Replacement of hoses and hydraulic components.

• Zero-timing (Replacement of pins, bushes, and other wear components).

• Interior fit-out with ply lining, shelving, or workbenches.

• Installation of work lighting and electrics.

All machines are supplied fully serviced — both engine and platform — and come with a fresh MOT, a new 6-month LOLER certificate, and are professionally detailed throughout prior to handover. You’ll also receive a full HPI report and vehicle history for peace of mind.
